Halloumi is the most popular cheese from the Island of Cyprus. This semi-hard, unripened cheese is made from a mixture of goat's and sheep's milk which will leave you wanting more. Especially after you realize that you can grill and slice on a salad or just plain as appetizer. Though we even like it with a touch of honey as well. This chewy but hard texture will leave you say hooray or maybe Halloumi OMG!
